I live in Buena Vista Colorado and go to Leadville all the time to go to school. I am in a wheelchair with multiple sclerosis. I use cannabis to treat the symptoms that I have with this disease and am often an incredible pain. I stopped by here and they wouldn't accept the obvious proof of identification that I provided and not only that but instead of describing to me why, like a an adult with compassion the female working at the time decided to yell at me. That is against the law according to the American disability act, so not only will I never shop here again but I'm going to pursue legal action against them because they are criminals.

Earl's is the local weed shop. And I love it for that. But it also caters to libertarians and second amendment at all cost types. They allow open carry in the store. Multiple times, i have found myself next to a straight pair of clown shoes with a gun. To be clear, i do support gun rights and i own guns. But i still smh at the virtue signaling fools who carry openly anywhere. Allowing the public to do so at a recreational cannabis store is folly. I would not wish to be the owner of the store that sells cannabis when some unfortunate incident with a gun happens.
