Total eyesore. Buildings basically all sit on top of each other like they are trying to cram as many in as possible. The original name for this area is actually Poverty Flats due to no gold or silver ever having been found there.

The area is amazing, but I am also a home owner here, and the builder I bought from, John Lichtenegger, does not care about the homeowners. This Oct 2023 will be 2 years since I close on my house, and my punch list is not done. There are several issues with my house, things that they knew about from day one, that have not been completed, nor fixed. Landscape will have to wait another year. That will be 3 years for me without landscape. I cannot believe their negligence.

I am a homeowner/resident here and highly caution anyone looking to purchase. We closed on our house over 4 months ago and the house is still not painted, there are building code violations that they have not fixed, and 90% (or more) of our punch list has been completed by us, not the developer. Edited to add that this is specific to the houses built by John L. The Northcraft homes seem to be completed before they are sold and their crews seem much more functional. And now six months past our closing date and we have a few more cabinet knobs, but still no other punch list items have been completed and there are still code violations as confirmed by the city inspector.

Love the area, love the design of the homes. I would not recommend closing or going under contract at this time with this builder. 1.5 Months past closing, i still do not have screens on my windows, HVAC that effectively heats the home, and exterior of the home has not been painted completely yet. Constuction industry has been hit super hard with labor issues, supply chain, and chip shortages, all of which i get! What I do not get is lack of communication, failure to stand behind their product and make things write for a new homeowner after closing. Had i known, i would have delayed closing as long as possible as this house is not currently comfortable to stay in. I hope i can delete or remove this review in the future, or change it to a positive outcome.
