image Love it here. The other residents have been nice and clean, grounds are well kept. The maintenance guys are nice and responsive. The apartments are nice and energy efficient. We have saved a significant amount of money in our energy bill from our last place. The office staff are friendly and they coordinate awesome events.

image Great location and apartment building. Property management office including maintenance team are top notch. Daniel recently completed a replacement of circuit breakers and electrical connections and did an excellent job.

UPDATE. . . (BE CAREFUL OF THE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS) notice some of them only have 1 or 2 reviews and have fake names!! And only enough some of them say the apartments all owned by the same group are all great!!
the parking situation is a mess good luck after 7pm... there is NO visitor parking and requires you to pay extra per month for any kind of parking... no spaces included. There are break-ins and stolen vehicles regularly. (Supposedly they have security)
The new office staff 3rd or 4th change with same manager in charge are the most rude people I have ever had to deal with. Aug 2022 They close early! if you need a package delivered and don't work from home. Good luck (and if you take time off to go pick one up that's bigger than an envelope they complain the whole time or tell you to look other places first.)
The amenities break constantly.
Dog wash hasn't worked in months.
However they did fix the broken mail room door(not where packages are delivered anymore) finally after 4 months but they give key fobs out to every single driver out there so its not secure at all...
Hot tub isn't kept warm enough to enjoy during winter so don't bother with that thought. (Office staff insist it is! without checking) south gate has been broken all year and chained shut
By far the worst managed property in the entire front range.
Door seals are shot and there is almost no insulation. so energy bills are way higher than they should be. . (Begged multiple times to get them fixed they placed sticky foam behind that mesed up seals worse, refuse to fix threshold seals which are the worst of the problem.) Vents rattle and screws have fallen out of the ceiling several times
The trash situation is just that... a whole situation not enough dumpsters for the complex
Make sure you take pictures of everything... the units were falling apart when they were brand new... and decided since the show unit was nice not to fix the rest of them.
They raise rent at a voracious rate! Not even close to the market!
Plenty of time to send out emails (and if you dont read all of them including the massive ammount of spam from them every week they get an even worse attitude) about random new policy's such as wristbands that were a new thing in order to use the amenities that they didnt pass out to the original residents. and ridiculous so called community events(free food for the office staffs friends) but they no time to fix any of the actual issues!!
The food trucks that show up once in a while are great though!
