BMO

Terrible customer service doesn't even begin to explain how bad the situation is with BMO and their branches (this branch is right up there with the worst). They close accounts only part way (Bank of the West would have done it correctly), then send bills that are impossible to pay as they can't accept payment on a closed account. Don't trust the tellers to do anything correctly, they can't even figure out how to mail a payment to their own processing department. There are many other banking options use one of them, because BMO is absolutely a joke.

Terrible service since BMO took over. Online access is not able to do anything, cannot chat or resolve issues. Sent a message online and no one responded. So bad, find an alternative.

They shut down too often without notice , If you call, you will be on hold for a very longtime and if you are lucky someone may talk to you, And if they can not answer your questions they simply hang up on you.

This bank will attempt to nickle and dime your account. When you question the service fees they tell you go online. Online will say go to the branch. Now you're wasting my time and pilfering my money. Bye.

I have been using this branch for over 20 years and everyone who works there has consistently been helpful, professional and always meets your needs. The negative reviews show that the complaining persons have no idea of banking regulations.
