We've been using this company for years for our restaurant in Lone Tree and they've always done a good job; sometimes they don't clean up after themselves as well as they should but still a good job. We had an appointment set up for this past Tuesday and they did what we call a "No-Call-No-Show"; we called to find out what happened and talked to a man named Carlos who was about the rudest human being we've come across in a long time, not sure why as we just called to find out why no one showed up or called to inform us. Now I just received an email from Maria saying they forgot to let us know and that they couldn't clean our hoods anymore, that's it! In this day and age when all you've got is word-of-mouth, customer service should be your biggest strength and they have failed on all levels.
