        I have been a member over 25 years and have not been happy with Bellco for a long time. Recently had fraud on my account as it was drained and was pretty much told well look into it next week. Obviously when all your cards are declining thats a slightly urgent problem! Bianca (manager) stepped in with a very level head, considering my frustration at the moment, and compassionately got it resolved in 2 days explaining every step that would take place. I returned 2 weeks later to close the account down and noticed there was more fraud we didnt catch. Again, Bianca stepped in and without hesitation knew how to solve the problem and was very transparent! She is the only reason I would consider staying with Bellco, I wish more were as helpful as she was!

        I am absolutely disgusted with the behavior of one of the staff members here. Forget being rude, I have never seen such RACISM. I hope your actions catch up with you. You deserve to be fired. Her name was either Miranda or Mindy, Mandy etc she refused to tell me her name after what she said about my husband. Absolutely NOT OKAY. I will not be a member of this bank anymore.

        No wonder this particular location has awful reviews. Their customer service is trash. They do not take customers into consideration and refuse to set up accounts. They need to learn to do their job and actually run a buisness.

        Bellco as a whole is great for car loans. This location is INCREDIBLY SLOW if you try to use the drive through. Count on 10 to 15 minutes per transaction. I go to make a simple car payment and it takes forever. If they dont want to service the drive through, they shouldnt have one. Having received the response from Ashley at Bellco, this parrots what I hear from them when I make them aware of the wait times while in the drive through: use another payment option. If I wanted to use another payment option I would (I am not an idiot and am able to set up the online platform and autopayment); and this response doesn't at all address the root problem with wait times in the drive through. Simply put, if you are going to have a drive through staff it accordingly, or don't have one at all.
