Popped in today for a little pre-vacation cut and had a wonderful experience with Angela. She did a great job with the haircut and we had pleasant conversation throughout!

After reading some of the reviews, especially the negative ones, I felt the need to jump in. I have been going to this Great Clips location for a couple of years now. Before stabalizing their staff, I would occasionally get a harcut that I was not completely satisfied with, but nothing so bad that I needed to go back in to get fixed. In more recent days, I have never received anything short of excellent cuts from all the stylists. Angela, the manager, has cut my hair a few times and I have never had any issue with her or the haircuts. This is evidenced by her many 5 star reviews. I have always found Angela to be direct and to the point, which I suppose some people could read the wrong way. In my experience she has always been completely professional, very humorous, but never, never rude. I suppose anyone can have a bad day. It happens to all of us, INCLUDING CUSTOMERS. To the reviewer that considers her extremely rude, I find it more likely that that customer was angry at the world and everyone they encountered - no matter what. In response to the "critism" of how quickly she cuts hair, I for one appreciate that. My time is valuable and Angela respects that.
