        Working with Sam and Andrea has been an absolute dream. Their knowledge and experience really helped me hone in on a plan for my home in a way I could have never done myself in a thousand years. I can't wait to get started on my remodel now that I have the tools and knowledge to do so. Highly recommend for anybody looking to design their home and not spend everything they have on it!

        I would agree with some of the reviews. Management is more concerned with the down payment than customer excellence and return customers. I was assigned to three different designers due to the turnover within the company. The girls were lovely; however, I would say there was a lack of attention to details in some of my requests. My opinion is this, if you know a little bit about interior design and if your project is under 100k you can get a store interior designer to assist you with your project rather than wasting your money. Otherwise, if you have a big budget find a reputable designer company that would deliver what you asked for.

        More interested in the contract, billing, and entrapment process than in executing inspiring design. I had to submit a dispute with my credit card company in order to get my deposit returned. Designers are nice, but the management teams are extremely poor. It was not at all transparent that you preferred a 2 dimensional photo over an in-person visit to my design inspiration. Ladies and gentlemen considering this service beware! During their "homework" phase" they asked for inspirational spaces. We wanted to build a team room and a gym in our basement remodel and asked the team to visit the CU Champions Center (a twenty minute drive) as the inspiration for the project. They denied my request, preferring to use Pinterest pictures instead of the real life space. Completely poor, completely deceptive, and completely criminal

      Hello Patricia! Thank you for your review, as the owner of the company and 1 of 2 people on our management team this is the first time that we are being made aware of your dissatisfaction of our process or work product. As a small business, it is always our preference to discuss these types of issues/feedback in person so that we can work through problems and find proper resolution to ensure your customer satisfaction. A perk to working with our firm is, we do work as a team so you might not always be working with the same person as your project progresses through our project timeline, but we communicate effectively as a team, have an email system that tracks all email correspondence, and ultimately feel that multiple creatives at the design table is much better than just one. Additionally, as one of the most highly regarded and published design firms in Denver and beyond, we are more than qualified and well suited for projects from paint consultations all the way through full custom home builds, and everything in between, it is what makes us unique in the Interior Design marketplace. Keeping this in mind, we do know that our process is not for everyone, and while we strive for complete client success and fulfillment, we know that sometimes that is not possible.       Thank you for your feedback during our colorful conversation, Dave. Our priority is always customer service and creating an amazing experience through our process for our clients. We are very transparent from the first call through the entire customer journey explaining that we have a very solidified approach to design through our process. This process is what keeps our clients, designers, and our company safe. Safety is very important and comes from everyone being on the same page and knowing what your, the client’s, financial commitment to us is and what we will deliver for that financial commitment. This includes any/all our interactions/meetings, deliverables upon completion and what is included and excluded in our design fees. We are a fixed-fee design firm, and the services we are performing for that fixed fee are presented to our clients based on their ask for professional services. Each scope is tailored to our client’s request and you, the client, have the ultimate decision to modify your scope, keep as is and move forward or go in a different direction. Within our contract we have provisions that protect us from clients who make a commitment to us, and through no fault of ours, decide not to move forward with their project. Our designers’ time and schedules are all allocated based on the commitments of our clients. So, when we are asked to not complete a body of work through no fault of our own, our contract, one that is reviewed with each client in detail, goes into effect. Our receipt of your initial payment is not fraud, it is, as stated in the contract, non-refundable as you are not allowing us to complete our service commitment. Additionally, within that contract document it notes that we offer additional one-off services at an hourly rate, so your ask of us to accommodate a site walk to visit a space that you wanted to base your design from was not an issue for us, we just needed to be compensated for our time to complete the site visit. We were hopeful that we could find common ground during our conversation but ultimately our asking to be compensated for our time was not something you saw value in, which is unfortunate as we are very good at what we do and are very fair with our pricing. We wish you the best of luck finding a design partner that fits within your project requests.
