Although the staff is very nice, the office is highly unorganized.
I requested an ADHD assessment, and the P.A. told me she recommends I go straight to a psychiatrist. Only to call her referral who said, " You're better off having your Primary Doctor do this, I am not a psychiatrist."
I called this office multiple times to straighten out the other referrals for mammograms and a sleep study. Get it together, folks!

Experiencing a cancer scare. Begged him through message portal to help after his PA, my PCP for 11+ years, would not return my calls or messages. Then I posted a negative review and one week later, received a certified letter from his PA dismissing me as a patient and banning me from the NWP org. "First, do no harm" doesn't seem to apply to the providers.

I changed doctors to Paul Sunde due to a friends recommendation who is also an M.D. I send an extensive file of my medical history to Dr. Sunde's office prior to my appointment to have a physical exam which was scheduled months ago. Due to the virus, the appointment was cancelled and rebooked for yesterday 10/8/2020. I received no follow up call from their office as a reminder. In fact, I had to call their office to confirm the appointment. When I arrived at my appointment yesterday the front office lady provided me approximately 20 pages of forms to complete. I asked, "why wasn't this provided to me in advance"? It drew a "blank"... no response. She did say moments later, "Dr. Sunde will not see me if I don't fill these forms out". I said then, "he will not see me". Remember his office already had my extensive file of my medical history, I thought. Well, I called their office today to ask, "that they return my file". They told me, "they can't find it." Dr. Sunde maybe a great doctor but if he practices medicine the way his back office operates its frightening. NPR
