Kirsten and Britt were excellent customer service reps. They were very knowledgeable and able to help me get the answers I needed that I could not from the website. It was great being able to try the different models and pillows. I highly recommend going in person to get your questions answered and to try the product. No pressure sales is always appreciated. They helped me get the best price possible.

I went in originally to take a look at mattresses and see if they were worth the hype. One of the employees, Kirsten was so incredibly helpful to me. She not only showed me mattresses and explained how each one could be helpful, she also showed me the purple brand pillows which are amazingly comfy. Kirsten was great and I definitely recommend this store to shop at!

Great store very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Britt was able to help me find the right pillow and seat cushion for me. She was friendly and very professional. Definitely a person knowledgeable in her products.

Young Kirsten was a great and wonderful help, I have trouble getting around and she even pushed my chair around for me to show me all the mattresses that would be eccentric to my back. She is a grade A model of how a person should treat and respect others, especially the elderly. May God bless you Kirsten.

There were no employees present. We literally walked around the store for 15 minutes by ourselves. We could hear talking and giggling coming from behind a door in the back of the store, but nobody ever came out to see us.
