This review is long overdue, but I wanted to call out my movers:
Steven T, Danarius B, Sierra R, Dejuan T, and Adam R.
I had booked with another mover (Bellhop) that canceled with me with only a few days before the move. Black tie stepped in and used their estimate only a few days before I needed to move. They used the estimate from the other company that was wrong. I was moving from a smaller house (1800 sq ft) to a much larger house. Overall the project was underestimated due to how much I had packed in the house. When one of the movers ended up feeling sick and things fell behind, the team stepped up and added others finishing other jobs to help get things done.
Overall I was incredibly happy with how things went, and the team worked really hard to make me a very happy customer. I have passed their name along to several others and will continue to use them if I ever move again.
