People who are just honestly doing their jobs and I have not had any issues with any of them. They are completely understanding and when things seem unfair I would honestly just take a step back and look at the situation you got yourselves in, take responsibility and do the best you can through the whole process. You come out better as a person.

Halie Miller bent over backwards to help me. She's the department supervisor. My experience so far has been nothing but satisfactory. I can't say great because it is probation and have never been on it. Don't be too hard on these people because they have hundreds of clients and some are pieces of work. Not an easy job.
