I was on hold at this number for 1 hour and 8 mins trying to get an appointment. When a human finally answered, she, very nastily stated, "Isn't there an option to make an appointment on line?" When I told her that I didn't see one she put me back on hold and then hung up on me! Horrible.

Even though I was 25 minutes late to my appointment on a Tuesday morning, my number was still called 5 minutes after checking in and I was helped. I did feel bad going ahead of others there before me but I did submit my application for a replacement social security card online and only needed my ID and proof of identity for the replacement card request. The office lady and security guard were also very friendly.

Horrible Customer Service. 3 in person visits, and got nowhere, while at the same time getting different information depending on the person of the day. Have been trying since October to get a Medicare issue resolved, and looking at several more months potentially because nobody seems to personally take responsibility to get somethinb done and give COMPLETE informatiin about what needs to be done. The best part of that office is the security guard, who is friendly and supportive. Everyone else is worthless

I was dreading going into the office and reading some people's reviews weren't helping. Other than sanding in the cold and snow for 15 min. waiting for the office to open (with about 3 of my unknown friends), my visit was just fine. I waited about 20 minutes to be called after filling out my info on the kiosk. The person who helped me, Amanda, was both very friendly and knowledgeable. All in all it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you guys at the office for what you do. I'm sure it's difficult with so many people with so many problems.

I have been on hold FOR OVER 7 HOURS in the past TWO days. NO ONE has answered the phone, after 20 minutes your phones just hang up on me. OR they dump me into the input your 9 digit mail box number. This is beyond ridiculous, there is absolutely ZERO reason why its taking me this long to get in touch with a person.
