Inner Matrix Systems

I recently experienced the RESET weekend for the first time, and oh my goodness! I was in a state of complete overwhelm and suffering emotionally before attending the program. After spending four peaceful days disconnected, in nature, and doing the trainings. I have been able to access a state of peace and joy that I was unable to prior. My vision for my life is clear and feels possible. I left feeling like I trained something tangible that I now have access to and can come back to, no matter my surrounding circumstances. I am grateful to have had such a wonderful experience and so much gratitude for Joey and the IMS team for all of the work they do. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been using the tools and techniques from IMS in my life for over 12 years. They offer a system that is life changing. I keep going to events and programs year after year. My life continues to get better and better every year and in every aspect because of it. Im 51 and never imagined life could be so amazing. I plan to certify as a trainer this year so I can share all this awesomeness that I have learned with others. I have a quote about IMSs system. The only way the system doesnt work is if you dont do it.

I've been using Joey Klein's system for over seven years. Like many, I was introduced to the program through the Inner Matrix book club where we meditated weekly and read chapters of the book. I found the work fascinating and it helped me re-frame some personal issues I was struggling with. IMS shows you how your brain, which is a multi-layered complex machine, spits out patterns of thoughts that then create feelings that you use to justify/make all your life decisions - whether they are healthy or true or harmful! I mean that is just crazy that we just 'trust' our brains, and we aren't even aware of what we are thinking. Meditation is one of the ways you gain access to these unconscious thoughts. So, learning to be with yourself and your thoughts is a huge part of the program. IMS has evolved over the years to be an empowering and accessible combination of classes and retreats that teach you how to design the life you want live. Joey is an engaging speaker which makes going to the retreats super entertaining. I've really loved the addition of virtual classes because I travel quite a bit. The IMS staff is also a very supportive group of people. Our society seems to be reinforcing a non-mindfulness approach to living - everyone running on adrenaline from one crisis to another posting all their inner turmoil on social media and getting "likes" for sharing. Well, it may be the norm, but it certainly isn't optimal. And external "likes" can't fuel internal joy for long. If you want know a different life for yourself, you probably would enjoy what IMS has to offer.
