        Had a little mixup with a hitch install appointment and Shari, the General Manager, provided absolutely top notch service to fix the situation. Went out of her way to research a solution and follow-up with me by phone and email. Mistakes happen from time to time, but its the response to those mess ups that set good businesses apart from the rest - this experience was one of the best.
