I went in the store Tuesday to get my son a new phone and a heavy set gentleman their just transferred the line and didn't bother with anything else. Such poor service, never again! Besides the fact that his mannerisms made us feel like he wasn't in the mood to help us and looked a bit stoned. Did not know what he was doing on top of it all. Had to call cust service and they were able to properly set us up because the gentleman had cancelled our service for the new phone. It's a shame!

Yomira and Cathy are the sweest and caring young ladies. Came in with a suspened line, walked out with amazing deal on a upgrade. They went above and beyond to Help me with all My needs. I Will most definitely recommend this location compared to the store on kenn Pratt so grateful for these ladies. Ask for Cathy and yomira they're to go to girls
