        One of my clients recently started using GHX and now insists that I submit medical records to GHX for verification. As it is, I had to waste 45 minutes searching for a phone number because their site does not have one. I just got off the phone with them and their rep outright refused to answer any questions about data security. There is no indication GHX is HIPAA compliant and no external evaluation of their security practices. If you submit your information to them, BEWARE and watch your financial information diligently because you will be a target for ID theft.
