        I recently totalled my Mini Cooper and had to find and purchase another. I have little skill or patience with bureaucractic procedures. Brad Hughes and Angela Shore went to bat for me and did all the heavy lifting in interacting with State Farm making my experience so, so, so much less complicated and time saving. I love em both. I highly recommend them.
