        Sydney & their team made getting a new phone, from an out of state account, soooo easy for my family and I. I Just moved to Colorado and its been nothing but kindness from all that Ive encountered and the folk at AT&T kept that going when a dog smushed up my iPhone. (it was a BIG dog!) We got ahold of the account holder back in Washington State and Sydney walked them through how to use the app to add me as someone who can replace and upgrade my iPhone. Couldnt have been smoother! We all chatted and had a great conversation about places I should check out since Im new in town and the time that it took my old phone to transfer to my new IPhone flew by!!! Really genuine service, got me a better screen protector and case then I had before and it was a great experience from start to finish!!!
