I can not say enough great things about Dr. Countryman. I am 27 years old and I woke up one day in so much pain in my hip I couldnt even walk. I went to go see Dr. Countryman and he took the time to evaluate me and listen to how much pain I was in and crafted a plan. At the end of 6 weeks with Dr. Countryman, I am in better shape than I ever was before. I am forever grateful for Dr. Countryman for how he changed my physical health and did so patiently and empathetically. I highly recommend Dr. Countryman.

I have had adjustments and PRP injections for a torn rotator cuff. The PRP injections were by far the biggest help in my recovery, I was able to lift and move my arm the week after receiving them. I always receive great care here and have experienced a huge improvement in my life!

I tweaked my back carrying a box and figured it was nothing. After a few weeks of Icy Hot, stretching, and massaging, my condition worsened. My previous chiropractic experience elsewhere for a hip issue was not welcoming, informative, or really helpful. So, I was hesitant to go back to a chiropractor. But the pain was becoming a concern as it was debilitating, which ultimately led me to Vantage. In my first visit, I was given an adjustment, a thorough explanation of my condition, answers to my in depth questions, and I was told to come back in 3 days for another adjustment and plan for recovery. The plan was far more than adjustments, and I was thrilled for this. It included PT and exercises I continue to do today on my own. We ranged from 2-3 adjustments and PT sessions for 3 months. Now, my plan calls for a monthly adjustment and any any further adjustments when needed for free. I haven't needed any extra adjustments and I am back to almost normal, just limiting lifting heavy weights. I have only had 2 moments of tightness when doing manual labor for 8 hours straight and once for being too immobile for too long, but no pain or debilitation. Finding the appropriate amount and type of movement and exercise in my late 30s is really the most important thing and Vantage helped put me on that path forward. I appreciate the friendly, welcoming environment at Vantage as well as the thorough explanation to my questions, as I have a lot. It proves experience and wealth of knowledge and the results are there to prove it.

Treatment plan explained clearly with imaging. Excellent treatment and results were as explained in treatment plan. Excellent value, I will be using Vantage regularly.
