Charisma Construction, LLC

We have been using Charisma for all our construction needs at Rustic River Cabins. This is the second year that they have done a project while we were not here, and I would do it again.

Charisma performed work at our commercial building. Their crew was well-supervised and the work was done promptly. Price was very fair. Would use them again.

I would highly recommend Steve Martin and his team for any construction project. Their turn around time on getting back to you with costs and actually performing the work is exceptional. The quality of the work that they did for us was great. I really cannot say enough good things about Charisma Construction, LLC.

I had a pretty small job to take care of, essentially some framing and drywall finishing in a walk-in closet. I probably called 6 different construction places in the Loveland area, and only one answered, it was Steve. I gave him an idea of what I was looking to do and he had some good insights right away. I think he came by the very next day to look at the project to get a clearer idea of the parameters, and sent out a quote. I mentioned it might be out of my budget, and he even worked with me to get the price to something we could both be happy with. He also worked with me on scheduling and was very accommodating. He and a small crew came in and got the job done in a day and it looks great. They cleaned up all their stuff and I had a brand new closet, exactly as I expected it. On top of it all, Steve is just a good guy and really great to talk to and work with. Definitely recommend the business and Steve personally. It's rare to deal with real humans these days who treat you like one. Will use the services again in the future!
