We worked with Integral Home Systems in building our new home. From the beginning Russell and team were knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. We leveraged the team for security, audio/visual, lighting and automated shades. They went above and beyond every step of the way. Highly recommend integral home systems for any project you may have.

Russell listened to my wants for our basement finishing project and provided a proposal that he explained and walked me through. He collaborated with me to make some changes before we agreed on a plan. His staff was timely and knowledgeable. We had some challenges with Comcast, but were able to resolve those (just took some additional time). We ended up getting a sub-woofer that was not compatible with our sound bar, but the team was able to resolve this and order a replacement (again, just took some additional time). Brendan did a great job explaining how to use our system. Now that the system is completely in place, we are delighted with our new entertainment system! I would recommend Russell and Integral Home Systems!

Being my first project with Integral Home Systems, I found their ability to find solutions for a new-build project outstanding. From basement to top floor, they worked incredibly hard to turn a difficult project into an enjoyable one. My clients could not be more happy. I would add pics but my speakers are hidden nicely behind drywall. Looking forward to our next project. - THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS
