Certainly an interesting business model; keep the difficult people while doing nothing to retain solid, friendly, customer-oriented people. Prices are not any better than anywhere else. Quality is non-existent, choices are limited, tire center has no place to wait so one is forced to wander the stacks or leave, cleanliness is a thing of the past. This store used to be vibrant. Not quite sure what happened here, this store has certainly gone downhill. it's just a glorified Walmart now, and Walmart has healthier food. (Odd, given this is their 'warehouse')

Just want to give a 5 star to Ybarra ( fuzzy) What a wonderful guy. Went out of his way to help me with a battery. Fuzzy paid close attention to help me and he made it look effortless. Cheers to you fuzzy, You make me want to renew my Membership. Customer service seems to be lost in this day and age, Sam's please keep this guy, he deserves more than less. Cheers, Josh

Well let's start with a women coming back from break or lunch and wiped her nose with her hand and didn't wash her hands at all, than a guy also came back and he never washed his hands at all either so it was my turn to order a pizza and whats weird i didn't see them making it. They brought a pizza from the back like all the others and when cooked it tasted like frezzer burn and not like they use to totally gross and taste. No more pizza for my family it was like carboard.
