        I had to have a door that did not work and had no knob on it. They made me tie a string as a door knob. The peep hole was on the outside so someone can look into your house and you can't look out. Complete safety hazard. We couldn't open it most of times from the inside. Complete safety hazard. I had to leave in an emergency cuz raw sewage needle caps as well as old dead fish was filling interested the hallway in my apartment. Management told me it's safe for babies to live in and it's not their problem to clean even though it's a biohazard. They also wouldn't let me out my lease for it and took most my deposit to clean it professionally I had to fight for any deposit back and they still never returned my deposit months later.

        Dirty parking lot . Apts need many updates . Without increasing the rent. Suggest that owner take advantage of any government assisted improvements. .Most of residents seem to be on a lower income level. There is a nice new fence. & Some of a/c units have been replaced in the past year. Which was greatly appreciated.
