Kona Kai

Ive lived here at Kona Kai for many years. Its a great place to live. It has changed for the better. Maintenance and office staff are amazing. Ive always felt safe here but more now with security and cameras in the parking lot.

Ive lived at Kona Kai Apts. for roughly 2- 1/2 years and its been very welcoming. My neighbors seem to be very stable & well behaved, and I cant remember that Ive ever felt intruded upon by either the residents or the Administration. Live and let Live. Its a great place to investigate for your living options, come check it out!

I have been at Kona kai Apartments for several years now , the owners are upgrading the property and doing amazing stuff , it is literally a piece of paradise , the inside atrium is amazing its heated to about 70 degrees during the winter ,banana trees that even bear bananas , inside barbequing , heated year round pool , small intimate seating areas scattered thru out the atrium , I can't say enough about it. The management team and maintenance crew are on top of their game , especially Brayan and Laura , good good people . I honestly feel like I don't need a vacation to go to the islands , I do that when I walk into Kona Kai , it is truly a hidden gem

I have been living at Kona Kai for almost a year and have been loving it. The staff is lovely and capable. The structure is so soundly built that I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The whole place is clean and well maintained and I just love coming home after work into this amazing tropical paradise atrium; it always feels like I am on a vacation when really I am actually HOME. I also am glad for the security measures that are in place, it makes me feel very safe.
