Tru appliance repair

I do hate to give bad reviews but I encourage you to NOT use this company. They would make appointments and then not show up. This happened 4 times. Twice before they did the work and twice when I needed them to come back and fix what they did. Also I am lucky I was here. When they were putting the electrical back together if the older gentleman had not been here the younger one would have not covered the exposed wires. When they came back to install the control board he was lucky I was here because he almost started work without turning off the power. I called them to come back because they left a wire hanging on top of the stove area which was almost touching it so if I use my broiler it might melt. When I called them back they cancelled the first appointment a couple hours before which was fine but they did not show to the rescheduled appointment. Every time they do not show up they say they got busy. I am going to fix the wiring situation myself. Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

The lid on the washer wasn't latching fully and was causing the drain cycle not to kick in. Calling these guys in the spring was a bad idea. It caused me- to waste $80- getting screamed at and hung up on the phone, wasted 1 afternoon and 1work day Friday, and eventually using a portable washing machine for a few months- which was a big time hassle. They did not refund my money for the fake repair. -They didn't have any record that the original guys had come out. Service: Washer/dryer repair

I would not recommend these people. They showed up and I was not available at that moment. My husband talked t them and showed them the washer. By the time I got there they were pulling out of the driveway. I called but never heard from them. Don't why they didn't turn or answer my call. Not my choice .

if I could give zero stars I would. Dishonest. took our $100 for a replacement part for our freezer. Never saw technician again. No show, no call, no text. Said he was on his way. No show, no call, no text. Texted he would be at our place between 4-6. No show, no call, no text. Thief and liar. stay away. Also listed under "Surprise Appliance." Took our money and ran.
