        Everything you need to know is in his voicemail greeting: "This is Jim Oliver. Im unavailable at the moment." I scheduled multiple calls with him through email because he does not answer his phone. You guessed it! He was unavailable and absent for both. Absolutely no respect for clients or anyone buy himself for that matter. Typical, attorney scum.

        James Oliver stood me up twice for scheduled phone calls. Need I mention he was a hired attorney at the time going on 3 years as company attorney. He emailed me 2 hours after our second scheduled meeting stating that he couldn't talk to me at all and that I should hire another attorney. Considering how much time was wasted by James Oliver not being available at scheduled times, I would not recommend hiring James Oliver. Three words to describe him: unavailable, disrespectful, and negligent.
