Unfortunately this is the service department that I have to take my car. The department left items undone that I PAID FOR. This is a problem that comes up almost every time I take it in. Since I have to travel 90 miles each way I cannot just drop by to have it remedied. I received notices of recalls that I was told they needed to get parts for. Now when I ask about the work I'm told there are none on my vehicle. I suspect that they just marked it done when the parts where not available. I would never recommend this organization for maintaining your vehicle and based on my experience l will not be purchasing another car from Spradley - any brand. The service is not up to the task of maintaining it.

I brought my truck this morning for walk in and Im very happy because they accept it. Im always looking for Nerick he is very professional and helpful as well. Highly recommended. Very satisfied for the service.

Really mixed feelings about this. My salesman Ryan has been great but in the 3 weeks I have owned my new car, one issue after another has popped up and the overall experience has not been positive.
