Horrible mechanics. They don't listen at all even when you tell them that you need new brakes and you need things repaired. They don't listen at all. The Hispanic mechanic likes to talk trash and thinks that you don't understand what he is saying in Spanish when most of us around town are bilingual, So while I enjoy being called names in Spanish, nothing on my vehicle got done properly. Only a tire rotation and an oil change which I didn't want in the first place at all. And then the stout little man in the front who wears a red shirt all the time kes to Tell you that he did his job when in fact it wasn't even him working on your vehicle. This place is rude and is basically just a junkyard. Nothing gets actually fixed right the first time

This is one of the most honest, trustworthy friendly repair place you will ever find in Pueblo. I and my whole family (3 generations of us) since moving to Colorado has used THE CAR DR. for everything from A to Z repair work and towing.
