        this place is so rad, they always have cool art, fun events, great mocktails, (i was super skeptical as someone who never liked drinking) and food! the vegan options are excellent. the atmosphere is very chill and welcoming. im so glad we have this in pueblo!!

        i've been to a couple of events head here and just WOW! such friendly service, great selection on NA brews and spirit, with a perfectly crafted cocktail menu! the manager emily is always such a treat to see and chat with.

        Theres a lot of different events and even theme nights here. Love the mocktails They have a few bar food items. The salsa was awful however, tasted like an ashtray. I requested my order be brought to my table because a show was about to start and was told I had to stay at the bar but watched other tables get their orders. I guess regulars get special treatment?

        Ive visited The Ethos during regular hours as well as at an event held there, both times were fabulous! My favorite mocktail is the Malibu Barbie, give it a try!!!

      Hi, thanks for the review. Our salsa is a smoky Morita; I'm sorry it wasn't to your taste. If you ever have an issue with your order in future, please tell us at the time so we can fix it. On busy nights with events in the community room we do ask folks to stay at the bar, because it's hard for us to find people we don't know in the dark. When it's less rushed and we do know someone, we'll run their food out, so if by "special treatment" you mean "knowing their face and name", then yes our regulars do get that. 😁
