I moved to Pueblo last year and needed to get a haircut. Of course I google searched for a new barber and found steel city barber as a favorite of the town. I set up an appointment and I was set up with Raquel. The first session we had was beyond expected. She was super friendly really went out of the way to get to know me and gave me a nice cut. Ive been going back to her ever since and she always remembers our last conversation from our last session and refreshes our conversation based off of what I got going on in my work career and my personal stuff. I would recommend Raquel to anyone whos new in the area or looking for a new barber. She is always welcomes you with open arms and treats you right. Appreciate you Raquel!

Raquel was very unprofessional, she did the exact opposite of what I asked for, she was very rude and kept jerking my head into the position she wanted. Overall I will not be going back, that was the worst haircut experience I have ever had. DONT GO TO RAQUEL
