Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

Carpets looked Amazing. Like nobody has ever lived in the apartment before! Not a big fan of the fact that my hardwood floors were covered in sticky footprints. Mopped 3 times and it just keeps moving it around. That's going to be fun to attempt to fix. But like I said the carpets look amazing so thank you! Edit: they returned to clean up my hardwood floor! They put a lot of effort into making sure I was pleased with my services and I really appreciate that!

We had the carpets cleaned in 2 rooms of our house. They did a great job and it was completed quickly. The representative was professional and informative. Its so common to get poor customer service nowadays and this was the opposite and should be recognized. The rep showed up on time, listened to our concerns about the current carpet conditions, cleaned the carpets and offered suggestions for moving forward. Also, very affordable, especially for what you get! My only recommendation would be for the company to send a reminder text or email as the appointment gets closer since the scheduling was a bit out. I would highly recommend and will use again in the future. Service: General carpet cleaning
