The person that I dealt with when I switched phones and service was Julia and she was the best mobile expert that I have ever dealt with since I started using cell phones! She was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process of getting me a phone and service set up. T Mobile is very lucky to have her as an employee!!

Absolutely pathetic! We went in there and just stood there waiting and waiting and waiting somewhere the employees just kept walking past us looking at us like we were weirdos. All the while one chick worried more a setting out a bu ch of bags of chips on a table rather then helping the customers waiting. Don't wast your time go see Adam on the BlVD
