My phone, which had important information on it that I had not backed up, was dropped in water and no longer worked. I first tried a local service that was unable to extract the data. I contacted Secure Data Recovery, and in a timely manner they were able to extract the data that I thought had been lost. Jake was very helpful and kept me updated on the status of my phone during the entire process. Highly recommend this service.
