My online orders NEVER contain the 'with qualifying purchase' items. I never receive samples when shopping in store. I have resorted to online, home delivery, or going to Sephoras. This store will probably not be opened much longer as very few people are ever inside.

Staff is rude. Went in for bleach blonde tinted brow gel. Lady looked at me like I stupid and said they dont sell bleach. I said no its just extra light tinted eyebrow gel. She said that they had some in the benefit section but to maybe try nyx because those are the cheaper products. I said cheaper? And she said yes. Cheaper. And basically shoed me away in that direction. felt like she was insinuating something about my finances based on my appearances. Tone was condescending.

Love the products yes very expensive had a hair appointment. They said they were going to text me and call me to confirm my appointment never did so I called them the night before. The lady told me my appointment was at 3:45 when I couldve sworn they said two, but I went with it by what the lady said because she was reading the book so she said Went the next day to get my appointment at 3:45 and they had canceled because my appointment was at 2 oclock and nobody want to talk about it. Nobody went to make another appointment. Not very happy with that situation. Probably my first haircut there now didnt happen then probably not gonna happen again . They need to get their stuff together. Those hairstyle people didnt even care that they made a mistake thats what's sad gave them my number to call me back never got heard from them again not very good. Customer service at all.
