        The lady doing the pre tests was cool. She made the tests as easy as possible for my dad and joked with him. Doctor was sweet as well.

        The staff was friendly and the eye exam was easy and quick. Picking up the glasses however, the girl was not very friendly or customer service oriented.

        This is the slowest America's Best in the country. If you don't have 3 or 4 hours to kill, just go to the one on North Academy in the springs that has over 4 stars, they'll have you in and out in 30 minutes and they are extremely friendly and helpful.

        The front desk woman is very nice. But everyone else is just a whole different story. The doctor, hardheaded and refuses to listen to what youre saying. Especially if you already stated what you wanted and came in there for anyway. Beware too for they rob you of your money. GO TO EYEMART near Home Depot down the street instead. Promise you youll have better service any day!
