My rating is for the clinic and anyone you have to deal with in scheduling, billing, coding, and the office manager (Christine M.) Nobody knows what they are doing. They place blame on everyone else and pass you off to someone else, who also doesnt solve any issues. They say they will call you back, and weeks later you hear nothing. They refuse to fix their mistakes and after six months, many back and forth phone calls between multiple people, Im having to file an appeal with my insurance. All of this over what should have been a simple annual exam. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time, money, or health on this facility. It is a joke.

The staff and Dr. Monteiro were excellent! Very helpful and great customer service.
