Order was delivered on the wrong date, bouquet looked nothing like picture on website. It was messy like no thought was put into arrangement. Very disappointed.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Campbells Flowers while inquiring about a wedding boquet. We arrived around 9:30 on 3/16 and were the only ones in the store. The worker there was very unhelpful and didnt provide any information. All we went in for was to inquire about pricing of a wedding boquet as well as seeing if they would be able to make a boquet with specific flowers. Instead of being accommodating, she brushed off our inquiries, claiming we were "too early" to be looking for a wedding bouquet, and said we would just have to come back another day when her manager was there. She didnt even offer to let us look through any floral books, didnt write our information down and couldn't wait for us to get out of the store. I showed her a picture of the type of boquet I was inquiring about and she didnt even care to talk about anything. Just kept telling us to come back during the week and someone else would help us at a later date. If the staff cannot answer simple questions about flowers while working at a flower shop they should not be working there. Many people only have the weekends to do these type of things and they should have knowledgeable staff to accommodate their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or a pleasant shopping experience. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.

Being the only nursery in town I wish you guys would carry more houseplants. People would buy succulents and cactus.
