I've never had a more professional and personable experience with a company. They came and inspected my property and were genuinely pleased to tell me that the house looks good, no need for repairs. They helped us plan the next steps to ensure the structural integrity of the home, which didn't include any of their services. Purely for the benefit of us and the foundation. You will not find a better company to work with.

Cant say enough nice things about this crew. Every single person I worked with was wonderful, as was the final result of their work. They had great success stabilizing our 130 year old brick home. Even managed to close-up a couple cracks! As an added bonus, the house vibrates less now when big trucks drive by. We have been very pleased, and would encourage anyone with settling issues to contract with Trevor and his talented crew. They are very in demand but totally worth the wait. Your house will thank you!

Outstanding people. We had Colorado grouting do a basement floor repair. They were exactly on time, worked the exact amount of days they estimated, and did a quality job for us. The guys who came out were all professional and courteous. More often these days this is a quality I dont see in contractors.
I would highly recommend Colorado grouting!

The entire experience working with Colorado Grouting was pleasant and professional. The final price matched the estimates once the work was completed. Everything was explained clearly from the initial assessment, to the engineering review and plan, to all the phases of completing the work. They did everything possible to be as unobtrusive and thorough when the work was in progress. The work I required included a permit with the county, which they handled, plus several inspections. I was told ahead of time when these inspections were expected, as well as when the crew would be coming out to work. The work was completed according to plan and our engineer reviewed each phase to ensure they were following her guidance--no rework was needed. Trevor, the owner, came out to check the work (and get his hands dirty helping out the crew) on several occasions and always gave us the utmost confidence that the work was being completed correctly. And, finally, Heather, the office manager, is efficient, responsive and always very polite.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with the team at Colorado Grouting and I highly recommend them for any foundation work you might need.
