        Just bought a sofa table buckskin picked up just to find out the leg on the table was completely cracked usually have no problem with them tried to ask if they can deliver the new table for the inconvenience they said no so might just have to get a refund tomorrow wouldve been nice to check the box they shipped it in if it wasnt all taped up and packaged didnt realize I had to double check there process assumed they wouldve checked there product before they gave it to me

        Table broken..l can't return no one to help me return to store..l will try to clue it and hide dents..l am widowed and 76 yrs old !! It is sad but it's my fault to try to buy myself endtable and it's broken and no help to return it

      Hello John, we are sorry that the leg on the table was cracked. When customers pickup merchandise they can inspect the merchandise before taking it home if they want to. When customers pay for delivery, our team inspects everything before it is loaded on the truck. Our delivery service is not covered with our warranty but is a service provided for customer who choose to use it. We will take care of the damaged table with an exchange under our warranty, but we do ask that you bring in the damaged table and pick up the new table or pay for the delivery service.
