        Precision Garage Door made this emergency call on a Saturday easy. I had lots of problems trying to get Overhead Door out to an appointment between 10 and 2 pm, which they missed. As a result, I found myself at 2:45 with no repair and a door that wouldn't open. Precision responded in person to my call (no answering service) and set an appointment for 4 to 6 that afternoon. Repair person Justin called at 3:45, appeared just after 4 pm, immediately assessed the total problem, and recommended replacement for our 14-year-old system. About two hours later, Justin had perfectly and neatly installed a new Genie system that operates flawlessly. He also fully explained its operation. I couldn't be happier with Justin, with the system, and with the quality and responsiveness of this company.
