I am so glad that I booked here. This place is clean, clean, clean. Shout out to the housekeeper, you're amazing and we appreciate the hard work that you do. I have nothing bad to say about the rooms. The room is cozy and has a comfortable bed. I forgot to mention, budget friendly. Indoor pool and spa. I gave the location four stars because it is pretty far into Pueblo and you can hear the cars on the highway, but I don't mind them. There's a Walmart, convenience stores, food, really close by. No real courtyard but designated smoking areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful stay even on a Friday night.

I really enjoy my stays here every time we stay and I really appreciate the professional staff and the fresh cookies they put out at 5pm each evening.
The location is preferred as opposed to the Hotels closer to Interstate 25, mainly because of the abundance of homelessness issues which seem to be a problem, and my 81 year old mom feels safer and more at home at this location. The pool area is well kept as is the entire property.
There is no elevator so if there is a reason you might not be able to climb stairs or you have a wheelchair, just book your room ahead of your arrival and call to request the main floor and they will accommodate your request ( we call in advance ).

We had to make an emergency visit to a friend in hospice. We checked in at 1:58 AM. When we called the front desk around 10 AM to say we were going to stay another night and be up to pay when we got up. THEN we received a call from the front desk at 11:28 AM stating we had to change rooms because room 121 at the Quality Inn was already reserved and we needed to be out by noon. At 12:17 we were getting ready to go to the front desk and get a new room the front desk called again stating we needed to be out. We made the decision that the rudeness was unbelievable and we weren't going to stay. We mentioned everything that has happened and only received a "sorry" but we have a large group coming in that night that reserved that room.

Nice hotel in the West Pueblo area. Just off of Hwy 50 and in close proximity to shopping, fuel, and eateries. Customer service was absolutely great. Our room was comfortable and probably had the best night of sleep I had had in a while. The cutest thing of all for me was the complimentary "pink lama duck" set on the edge of the tub with a bar of soap. We are jeep fans and loved this addition to our jeep family of ducks. We named him "QWest" standing for "Q"uality Inn and Suites of Pueblo "West". I was going to name him "Sweets" but hubby wanted to name. Thank you for a wonderful stay and an awesome breakfast. We would return when next in the area! Please note that this is a pet friendly facility when you book.
Food & drinks: Recommend going to Copper River Family Entertainment Center for Food and Fun. Located about 1 miles away!
