Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very familiar with the issue I had with my furnace and was able to resolve it in a very timely and affordable manner. He communicated the problems well and helped me understand what was actually going on instead of trying to up-sale the situation. I had called a few places and had a big name place look at it that wanted to replace the entire furnace, so I was very very grateful for his services and time he spent with me on the phone even before I decided to have him come look at the unit. I highly recommend his professionalism and would encourage anyone reading this to give their business locally to Arctic West over any of the big companies that prefer shady practices over being a real human. Doesn't quit until he gets the job done! Didn't leave me hanging over night to order the part for my furnace, he drove out of his way to get it himself and get it done. Great price and wonderful work ethic. Highly recommend
