We had a gas leak and Tim was fast in providing an estimate, pulling the permit, finding and fixing the problems, and ensuring the system passed the inspection. Additional efforts like adding CO2 sensors helped with the inspection and safety. I would give them a 5 of 5 stars!

We had an excellent experience with Comfort Quality in our complete HVAC replacement project. Their responsiveness from the first call to the final permit inspection was second to none. They took the time to completely review the existing HVAC system with me, discuss practical and price sensitive solution options, prepared detailed quotes consistent with the solution options discussed, reviewed the quote with me and then got to work immediately once we chose the option. Their attention to detail throughout the install was spot on and they cleaned up after themselves throughout the install. They proved their thorough understanding of the code/permitting requirements as the final permit inspection was smooth. The permit inspector was very impressed and complimentary of the install. I always have doubts about customer service and quality these days, but Comfort Quality easily exceeded my expectations. We could not have had a better experience. We thank them for their true professionalism.
