This company did a boiler swap out and left me with leaks, improper venting, (Unsafe) improperly mounted expansion tank and improper gas line! The owner will not return my calls! What's up Fred? Are you angry because I didn't fall for your extra $5,000. Wall mount so called upgrade? Or that I refuse to pay $225. For a $10 dollar valve? Do you enjoy ripping off senior citizens? Why didn't you get a permit Fred? Pueblo Regional building department has been notified! CHECK OUT this company's BBB report! Nice 'SPIN' on the response but what exactly is your point? Perhaps I can save you some embarrassment. The inspector came to my home Friday and pointed out the shotty work and UNSAFE chimney connection! It was the inspector who informed me that no permit was pulled or issued! I paid for all work performed at price agreed on! As far as Fred, he's only been here about 3 hrs since the work started over a month ago! As of Friday afternoon (yesterday) there was not a permit issued! you did the job over a month ago! As to calling me back, you only called this morning! On Tuesday, when your employee came to fix the leaking boiler pump and I disagreed with the $250. Charge for a ten dollar valve he said that you would call me. You didnt! Wednesday your receptionist said she would have you call me, you didn't! Friday your receptionist said that you would call me, you didn't! Your claim that I have been 'completely happy' with your work is 'COMPLETELY FALSE'! I have had sleepless nights anxiety and depression! I'm 69 years old! I feel like I'm a hostage in this situation! I thought that you wanted to make things right Fred, You can start by being honest! what a way to conduct business! Another sleepless night! Fred's spokesperson implied that I was complaining about your company's pricing. I was not! I am complaining about the $225. charge for a ten dollar valve!, and the shotty work you did without a permit! Since you bought it up. The 3 hrs Fred was here he made almost $1300. an hour. I also paid $135. an hour for 4 hours. Like I said, I'm not complaining about anything that we agreed on! Please give me just 1 good reason why it's been over a month and this work is still not finished!

Three years ago, Larry's Electric and two of his employees installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit for us. Larry was awesome, so this year (2023) when the furnace wouldn't light, I naturally called on Larry again. His office personal was not exactly the most friendly, but did look us up and saw that we were past customers, so agreed to send a man come out. The young man came out, spent about 2 hours here and finally said it was working and that he had to unplug a line. It did kick on twice after he left and quit again. The weather had warmed up, so didn't really use it for about a week. We saw the prediction of a cold front coming in, so I reached out to Larry's office personal again and told her what had happened. My husband is on hospice and I have MS, so neither of us are able to get around very well. We do have care givers and nurses in and out of the house daily. As a result of my second call, a man was dispatched out to check the furnace again, and he said everything was working fine, but the plant that I had hanging in front of the thermostat was the problem because it cut circulation to the thermostat. During this time, the repair man had to communicate through one of the care givers because the nurse was attending my husband and I was in another room unable to go to him. He could have came to me, but obviously chose not to. When our care giver told me the problem was the plant, I asked her to send him in to talk to me, but he had already left. She mentioned that he was a bit rude with her, so I tried calling the office. The office lady then told me that I neglected to talk with her repair man and that he said it was fixed. I asked if there was someone there with more experience and she replied, "Don has 40 years of experience, so I don't know what you want". I went on to tell her that I was available to talk when he was here, he just had to come to me because of my MS. She hung up on me. My caregiver then decided to call and explain we needed to know when they could get our heat going as neither of us were in the best of health. She was told he would call after he finished the two jobs he had lined up. We never heard back from anyone with that company. The following morning we called a company that was unknown to us, by the name of Clarks Mechanical. Explained what was going on and they sent a young man out to see if they could fix our problem. This young man was here an hour and ended up having to replace the control board on the furnace because it had a burned connection, in addition to a plugged drain line. He brought the line up to show us before he cleaned it out and then washed it out in the sink to show us what was in it. It was horrible. He brought us the old control board so that we could file a warranty claim if covered. He was personable, friendly, explained everything as he went, gave us prices of parts and labor as he moved along for approval, knowledgeable, and was VERY professional. We would welcome that young man back into our home at any time for any reason. He was most helpful and delightful. A HUGE thanks to Clarks Mechanical for coming through when we had lost all hope for a professional, knowledgeable and friendly company. I HIGHLY recommend Clarks Mechanical and Darrien Boles for any of you HVAC issues. Wonderful service and exceptional work

Hi Joe we tried to call you back but you did not answer. On your boiler the work is not finished but there is a permit and the inspection is scheduled. You've been completely happy until the last two days that Fred has been unavailable. As far as pricing we do have to charge an hourly rate for the time we are there at your residence. We have been more than fair on pricing. We are really sorry that you feel this way and we would like to work with you to get these issue resolved.
