        Mary is very unprofessional. I asked a question about my renewal and she responded with check your voicemails I left you a few voicemails with attitude. Im always on time for my payment & she gives me a hard time every month. She dont like to do her job and is very unprofessional over the phone. Screams at customers and gets irritated with questions about your bill. Very unprofessional. Very rude.

      Me standing up for myself, doest make me rude or unprofessional. Name calling and being belligerent to me and my staff will no longer be tolerated. All we expect is the same common courtesy that was always given to you. I shouldn't have to come on here and defend my character because you choose to conduct business in this manner. I do wish you the best!
