Sam will work diligently for you. Friendly, capable, and fair. I switched to Farmer's with Sam after getting treat me like a number from my long time insurance carrier. Much better here.

Sam Proal has been my agent a very long time. And everytime I sit in his office I hear the Farmers Insurance jingle. Lol. Best coverage for my home and auto. Thank you Sam for being the best agent I could've asked for.

If I could give a zero I would as this is the amount of effort you will get from Sam. I got my insurance from Sam in 2017 with my 1st house and will never go back to Sam again. He was nice at the signing and getting paid on contract. After that I have never heard back from Sam. Multiple phone calls over the years for questions on insurance, bundle and other important things that are needed to be answered by an Insurer and never got a call back and never got any help. So I went to state farm and got over 60$ dollars saved per month and thousands per year. I was going to go to other Farmers insurers but after my experience with Sam, I said no. I don't recommend Sam and his bad business in anyway as you will most likely have your house ruined with no insurer help and will lose money by having Sam as your insurer.
