        2 hours in store 3 on calls to customer care.. the assistant manager is the most epic help I've ever gotten. We laughed.. almost cried.. laughed more. He handled the call center workers with ease explaining how things are processed. Discovered I wasn't on the right plan. Saved me off the bat 100$ this perfect manager owner material of a human. MARSELINO . MADE MAGIC HAPPEN!!!!!

        Dont pay cash for anything at T-Mobile! They want to send you a refund check if you return a phone or anything else. This place is janky and I will never use T-Mobile stores or T-Mobile services again.

        I have had an account for 15 years, my phone was damaged and they couldn't sell me a new phone. They would only sell it to me if I bought all the accessories because that is where the sellers make the most commission. It seems ridiculous to me. I don't recommend this store at all.
