She not only found the perfect house, but was supportive from the negotiating through to close. Even afterwards she helped me with great resources; Contractors that fixed the known issues, and referrals that secured me good tenants. This is a hard working realtor that cared for my success. Love this lady...you want honesty, you got it, you want committment, you got that too....this lady goes out of her way to accommodate her clients...she came to me at just the right time....and I'm so glad she did.....if your looking for an honest, reliable, competant real estate rep....Charlotte is for you. Heaven help me if I move again, but......if I do....I'll call Charlotte!!
