        I was visiting a friend. I did notice that the grounds were clean and the home units looked well kept... nothing shabby.

        Nice location, close to shopping and nice amenities. The office puts out a monthly newsletter, which is informative. There was terrain erosion damage done by rain water running down hill from 2 years ago; very difficult to keep weeds out when warmer weather arrives. Most of the road gravel yard is washed away.
